A dedicated professional with an extended working experience in the hospitality industry within International luxury hotel’s brands in different countries including Jordan, UAE, Qatar and the Maldives.
Sereen has held different positions within the hospitality industry starting with Human Resources department where she was assigned as the Learning & Development Manager; supporting different enabling functions including talent acquisitions, Health & Safety, Project Management; responsible for the management, development and implementation of the Learning and Development policies, standard procedures and guidelines related to the business, and ensured efficient development and delivery of L&D processes in all respective areas of responsibility. This position required a strong planning, organizing and administrative skills, and the ability to measure and assess staff training needs.
Serren, Last position as the Administration and Facilities Coordinator at Cochlear Middle East; a medical device company that designs, manufactures and supplies the Nucleus cochlear implant. My role was to manage, oversee and monitor the day to day operation of the Dubai Office and the Outpatient Clinic activities and ensure compliance with the company’s global policies, UAE laws and regulations and Dubai Health Care City Authority and Regulatory and to create, communicate, monitor and maintain all local office and clinic policies and procedures in alignment with company’s global policies and Dubai Health Care Authority – Regulatory. I was able to achieve 100% performance of all applicable core and non- core standard in compliance with the Dubai Outpatient Quality standards assessment.
