Saeed joined the iFranchise Group MENAT team, in 2014 and is a major asset to the consulting team. His forte includes; writing of Franchise Operations Manuals, Franchise Marketing Plans, writing Feasibility Studies and Business Plans, conducting Market Research to identify SWOT and preparation of Strategic Planning documents helping business owners with their expansion strategies. Saeed has worked on projects in health, education, restaurant, retail, and service industries. Among some of the clients Saeed has worked with include Provita (UAE), Sports Corner (Qatar), Aussie Pet Mobile (KSA), ASICS (UAE), DXL (KSA), Zonice (KSA), N Style Beauty Lounge (UAE) and Popcorn Girl (Qatar).

Prior to joining iFranchise Group MENAT, Saeed had operational background in the hospitality and retail industry. Saeed was actively involved in all hospitality related aspects of the business. Saeed held the manager position at McDonald’s Restaurants in West London and was part of the opening team of the Primark Flagship store in East London, which went on to generate over £40m in sales during its first year of opening.
