Mohamed started his career working for various International hotel chains, such as Intercontinental, Sheraton, Swiss Hotels and Rotana where he made his way from a fresh graduate to General Manager. Mohamed holds a Hotel Management Diploma, Bachelor of Business Administration from Les Roches Switzerland, and has attended Executive Development Programs and General Managers Program at Cornell University Ithaca, NY.
Mohamed as founder and managing director of Global Consulting Services (GCS) – one of the leading hospitality and retail consulting firms in the Middle-East – Rooted in the fundamentals of Franchising, Mohamad has a deep expertise in F&B retail . Over 25 years experience as the Master franchisor and operator of dozens of concepts, such as Outback Steakhouse, Chocolate Bar, Auntie Anne’s, BICE, Entrecote Café de Paris and Lush Cosmetics.
He was also Managing Director of King Casey Arabia, the Middle East office of the well respected American pioneer in innovative retail branding and design. For over sixty years, King-Casey has been helping companies build competitive concepts by dramatically improving the customer experience.
Mohamad specializes in strategic planning and the development of new concepts. He prides himself on long-standing relationships and repeat engagements with valued clients, many extending over ten years.
During his career at ifranchise, Mohamad has developed strategies and new concepts for a diverse variety of clients across all industry. Mohamad’s work has also extended to numerous International engagements and he has worked around the world.
